CONFERENCE OF INFORMATIZATION CONSORTIUM FOR ROMANIAN LANGUAGE
ConsILR - 2015 Edition
- finding original or annotated, textual or colloquial Romanian linguistic resources;
- creating representative Romanian corpora;
- developing Romanian lexicographic collections in electronic format;
- linguistic technologies applied to the Romanian language and/or to other languages (but with special applicability for Romanian language);
- applied linguistic technologies to the Romanian language;
- achievements in theoretical linguistics applied to the Romanian language technologies;
- creating, completing, annotating and using resources and multilingual thesauri with specific reference to Romanian;
- alignment of different multilingual resources focused on Romanian ones;
- applications of aligned multilingual resources to Machine Translation, Information Extraction, Word Sense Disambiguation, Semantic Web etc;
- research projects on the development of resources and technologies focused on the Romanian language.
The traditional organizers of this event: the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iaşi, through the Faculty of Computer Science (UAIC-FII), and the Romanian Academy, Bucharest through the Institute for Artificial Intelligence "Mihai Drăgănescu" (AR-ICIA), the Institute of Computer Science Iaşi (AR-IIT) and under the auspices of the Academy of Technical Sciences of Romania (ASTR), invite you to participate this year at "The 11th International Conference on Linguistic Resources and Tools for Processing the Romanian Language". This event, part of our annual series of academic conferences, will take place at the "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iași between 26th and 27th November. Attendance to the event will also be possible by video conference.
